As such there is no tuning procedure to be performed or required. The functional operation and system description is provided in Exhibit “Operational Description”. The operating frequency range of the device is fixed in the modem firmware at the time of manufacture and cannot be changed by the user. The frequency band is restricted to that permitted by the FCC. The transmit output power and duty cycle is fixed in the modem firmware at the time of manufacture and cannot be changed by the user. The output power level is measured and fixed using calibrated test equipment to the approved level of 33dBm maximum. The duty cycle is limited to 30% maximum.
