Please refer the above table and the following operating instructions for all functions. b. Use Hopping code for transmission. C. When pressing buttons of T18A, please press more than 0.5 seconds. CODE LEARNING a. When in disarmed mode, turn ACC ON, press Valet Switch 10 times within 8 seconds, siren will chirp 3 times, system will enter code-learning mode. b. Press any key on the transmitter, the siren will chirp accordingly for confirmation as soon as the transmitter is learned. For example, if the first transmitter is learned, the siren will chirp once. If the second transmitter is learned, the siren will chirp twice, etc...Up to 2 transmitters can be programmed. c. If one of the transmitters is programmed, the other transmitters must be reprogrammed within 8 seconds. Turn ignition OFF or 8 sec later, system will exit code- learning mode. A RMING a. Press button 1. b. Siren will chirp once. c. The doors will be locked after 0.5 sec or 3.5 sec. (see function selection 1) d. Parking lights will flash once. e. LED will flash slowly (If the doors aren’t closed properly and the system can’t enter arming mode completely, siren will chirp 5 times. If the trunk isn’t closed properly, siren will chirp 6 times and parking lights will flash 6 times. If the bonnet isn’t closed properly, siren will chirp 4 times and parking lights will flash 4 times, then the sensor can’t be triggered and LED flashes quickly.) f. After 3 seconds, all the sensors are armed. If the alarm is triggered within 3 sec, the siren will chirp twice and the circuit will be by-passed. Alarm will rearm by itself only when the sensor is stable for 2 sec. A UTO WINDOWS CLOSING / OPENING If not in armed mode, press button 1 for 2 sec, the windows will be closed automatically. At any time, press button 2 for 2 sec, the windows will be opened automatically. D ISARMING a. Press button 2. b. Siren will chirp 3 times, parking lights will flash 3 times. If siren chirps 4 times and parking lights flash 4 times, which means the alarm has been triggered during arming state. (In silent arming mode, siren will not chirp, only parking lights will flash) c. Doors will be unlocked after 0.5 sec or 3.5 sec (see function selection 1), LED will flash quickly. d. Dome light will be ON for 30 sec, and will be OFF when ACC ON. e. If the door is opened, LED will be OFF, the dome light is turned ON. S ILENT ARMING a. Press button 3. b. Parking light will flash once. c. Doors will be locked after 0.5 sec or 3.5 sec. (see function selection 1) d. LED will flash slowly. (If doors are not closed properly and the system can’t enter arming mode completely, parking lights will flash 5 times, if the trunk isn’t closed properly, parking lights will flash 6 times, if the bonnet isn’t closed properly, the parking lights will flash 4 times, which indicate that sensor will be by-passed, LED will flash quickly.) e. Disable Engine starter. g. After 3 seconds, all the sensors are armed. If the alarm is triggered within 3 sec, the siren will chirp twice and the circuit will be by-passed. Alarm will rearm by itself only when the sensor is stable for 2 sec. L AST DOOR ARMING WITH / WITHOUT DOOR LOCK ( FUNCTION SELECTION 8,9) a. If ACC is OFF, the last door is opened and closed, alarm will enter arming mode automatically after 30 seconds with door lock/unlock. b. When not choosing LAST DOOR ARMING function, the siren will chirp twice for warning 10 sec after the door is closed. If choose LAST DOOR ARMING function, the siren won’t chirp. E NVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ALARM MODE In armed mode, if the shock sensor is triggered, siren will sound and parking lights will flash for 30 sec; if the ACC is triggered, siren will continue sounding and parking lights will continue flashing. If other parts are triggered, siren will sound and the parking lights will flash for 3 circles. (One circle is 30 sec), then the siren will not sound and parking lights stop flashing, but the engine will remain disable. If the sensor is stable for 3 sec, the system will return to arming mode. R EARMING ( FUNCTION SELECTION 10,11) After disarming, if door is not opened or ignition remains OFF position, 30 sec later. the system will be rearmed with door locked or unlocked. E MERGENCY DISARMING CODE SETTING ( ORIGINAL PRESET CODE : PRESS VALET SWITCH 5 TIMES WITHIN 8 SEC ) When ACC OFF and disarmed, press button 2 once and turn ACC ON within 10 sec. Then press the valet switch at set-up value or factory preset value within 8 sec, at the 8th sec, siren will chirp 4 times, which indicates the system enters emergency disarming code setting mode: a. Press valet switch with the numbers (1-9) you prefer to within 10 sec, the siren will chirp once when the switch is pressed once. Turn ACC OFF, siren will chirp to indicate the value you entered. b. If over 9 times or replaced value is “0”, this setting is failed. If there are no chirps after entering the value, which shows the setting is failed too. E MERGENCY DISARM…
