However, occasionally outside sources may cause interference. EUT:Transmitter of Wireless Mouse Model No.:3D 1688T FCC ID:OR71688T Frequency Range:26.96 – 27.28 MHz (Operating Frequency: 27.013MHz) Power Type:Powered by two 1.5VDC batteries This device is a transmitter of wireless mouse. While testing, the EUT was made to transmit continuously and adjusted at a position, which transmitted the maximum emission. Test method: All measurements contained in this report were performed according to the techniques described in Measurement procedure ANSI C63.4 – 1992. Pretest was found that the emission of operating mode is worse than standby mode. So, The final test is made at the operating mode. During testing, the receiver is received radiated frequency that transmitted from the EUT when it is depressed one key continuously. The test placement as the photographs showed is the worst case emission placed. (If the emission is close to the ambient, the resolution BW and view resolution will be reduced and the data will be recorded by detection of maximum hold peak mode.) Location of the Test Site: The radiated emission measurement required by the rule were performed on the ten-meter, open-field test site maintained by Training Research Co., Ltd., No. 5-3, Lane 21, Yen-Chiu-Yuan Rd., Sec. 4, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C. Complete description data have been placed on file with the Commission. The conducted power line emissions tests were performed in a shielded enclosure also located at the above facility. Training Research Co., Ltd. Listed is by the FCC as a facility available tl do measurement work for other on a contract basis. General Test Condition: The conditions under which the EUT operates were varied to determine their effect on the equipment’s emission characteristics. The final configuration of the test system and the mode of operation used during these tests was chosen as that which produced highest emission levels. However, only those conditions which the EUT was considered likely encounter in normal use were investigated.
