Mike, Regarding your questions about above application, please find my explanations below: Question #1: Through out the test report, there is no indication that the device has been tested with three orthogonal plans which is required for Handheld device. Please submit additional test data to comply this requirement. ANS.: Please find attached file for the additional test data. Question #2: Please indicate the detector function used for radiated emission tests for Section 3.3.1 of test report. ANS.: For this remote controller is using FM technology, the detector function is Q.P. Question #3: Operational Description and section 1.2 of test report do not agree with user manual. Please explain. ANS.: Sorry for the omission. Above descriptions aree not for this device, it is a typing error. The correct description is attached, please check again. Question #4: There is no duty cycle test data submitted. Please provide additional test data. ANS.: Please note duty factor is only applicabe for transmitters use Pulse AM technology, the submitted Tx is using FM technology. Question #5: Please provide detail technical information to prove this device comply with 15.231(a)(1) requirement. ANS.: This device is same as general remote controller, any transmission will be shut off if the transmitting button is released. So, I can definitely know it is in compliance with the requirement of FCC 15.231(a)(1) Question #6: Please provide FCC compliance information on the associated receiver. If the receiver is complied with FCC technical requirement via FCC DoC procedure, please provide the statement. Otherwise, please provide the FCC ID number for associated receiver. ANS.: Please find the attachment for the DOC certificate for the associated receiver. Question #7: Toggle switch to lock that lock the button in the position is not permitted. Please inform the type of switchs are used. ANS.: The all switchs on the transmitter are not toggle type except the Reset/Emergency-Stop switch, while this switch is used to cut off the Tx and Rx power. So, any transmissions will be ceased after the transmitting button is released. Question #8: The user manual does not contain the information required under Section 15.21 of FCC Rules. Operational Description This device is a remote controller with operation frequency 480 MHz for industrial use under many dangerous circumstances exist in working place, and the modulation technology is FM. There are one Reset/ Stop switch to stop the operation of Tx and Rx under emergency situation and six control buttons to control the moving direction of industrial carrier. All transmissions will be terminated after the relative transmitting key is released.
