If you possible, please send me TCB Approval sheet in today. I'm sorry. Best Regards. ----- Original Message ----- From: ldy To: Mike Kuo Sent: Tuesday, February 24, 2004 9:55 AM Subject: Re: AL TECH, INC. FCC ID:PM8CARMP3AC100, AN04T3653 Dear Mr. Mike Kuo Thank you for your cooperation. I am sorry for my mistake. Question #1: Please know that USB connector cannot be connected to personal computer. USB connector of this MP3 device is connected to USB storage only. If the USB connector is connected to personal computer, if will not operate. I just think FCC Part 15 Subpart C is sufficient to be applied. If you still insist FCC Part 15 Subpart B, it needs FCC Verification not be TCB of DOC. Question #2~6: Please check the attached report file. Question #7: This MP device is not the hand-held equipment. It is installed in car before using this device. The battery you meant is the battery from cigar jack of car. Question #8: We connected test using "1KHz modulated MP3 file". Please check the attached MP3 file. If you have any question, please let me know asap.
