These items, which are marked “CONFIDENTIAL” include: 1. Technical Description and Block Diagrams. (Exhibit 2) 2. Active circuit schematics and assembly drawings.(Exhibit 3) 3. Internal photographs of the unit. (Exhibit 6) 4. Bill-of-material (BOM) (Exhibit 3) Significant effort and resources in research, development, and product design innovation have been invested by Celletra Ltd and would be compromised if the materials for which confidentiality is requested were made available to competitors of Celletra Ltd as a result of this application. Celletra Ltd. has taken precaution measures to ensure that the customers or installers will not gain access to the Active modules internal parts. These include strict NDA agreements and Special Ceramic labels to detect any un-authorized module’s service. Accordingly, Celletra Ltd asks only that these specified items be held confidential after grant in order to maintain a fair and competitive marketplace. 1 Marianne Bosley To: Liming Xu Subject: #12938A - Celletra - LPA Liming, Below are some TCB Review questions. Please address as soon as possible so that we can keep to the committment time of the end of this week . Thank you. RT Questions: 1. In Section V (B) of the test report, under Intermodulation Spurious Emissions at Antenna Terminals in the Results section (page 23 of 34), the limit is incorrectly calculated. Pursuant to Section 24.238(a), the required attenuation of spurious emissions (including, by FCC policy, intermod products) below the transmitter power level is 43 + 10logP. This equals a required attenuation of 56 dBc, and not -13.1 dB, as listed in the report (the output power of the tx minus this required attenuation results in an absolute limit of -13.1 dBm). The amounts of measured attenuation of the intermod products listed in this section, -49.5 dBc, -49.83 dBc, -30 dBc and -31 dBc, all fail to achieve the required amount of attenuation. I note that, on the following page, the plots show 2 intermod products, of which the amounts of attenuation shown do not match any of those listed above, however, these values also fail to comply with the requirement. Please address this apparent noncompliance. 2. Is the output power of the EUT continuously variable? If so, what is its lowest output level? Marianne T.
