American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 April 11, 2004 RE: Procare International Co. FCC ID: POSEF-6208 After a review of the submitted information, I have a few comments on the above referenced Application. 1) The FCC ID label appears to be placed on the battery cover. Note that this is not considered a permanent part of the EUT as defined in 2.925(d)(1). Please correct and submit new labeling for this device. 2) The 731 form appears to state 881 MHz instead of 88.1 MHz. Please correct. 3) It can not be determined from the test report if the device was rotated about all 3 axis to determine worse case positioning. Since the device is expected to be used in a variety of applications/positions, this should have been tested in all 3 axis. Where scans or prescans performed to evaluate all 3 axis Please confirm this was done or evaluate as necessary. 4) The 4 th harmonic results are higher than the fundamental. This is in violation of Section 15.209(c) & 15.215(b) of the Commission's Rules. Timothy R.
