Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that while the report states 2412 to 2462MHz, the manual mentions channels 12 and 13, which is above the 2462MHz frequency. As these channels are not allowed in the US, please confirm and provide evidence that the device only operates on channels in the frequency range of 2412 to 2462MHz in the US. 2. Please provide a manual with the required rf exposure 20cm separation distance statement. 3. Please note that while the report states a reverse SMA was used, the schematics indicate an SMA antenna connector is used. Please note that this is not a unique connector. Please verify and please provide evidence that the device meets the unique connector requirements of part 15.203. 4. FYI - Please note that when you compare a peak reading for compliance reasons, you must compare the peak reading to the proper limit. For example, on page 32 of the report you state that the peak reading at 7236MHz has a margin of 20.89dB. Please note this is not correct as the limit that is to be compared to show compliance is to be the average limit NOT the 20dB over average. Thus the actual margin for the purpose of compliance is 0.89dB not 20.89dB. Please remember that for compliance you must compare your findings to the average limit. Please report your findings to the correct limits so that the correct margins can be reported. 5. Please note that you state the setup was done in accordance to ANSI C63.4. Please note that the setup photos show significantly greater distances between equipment on the table than 20cm. Please explain and please provide test data with equipment setup in accordance with ANSI C63.4 separation distances. NVLAP Lab Code:200085-0 2.2 OPERATIONAL DESCRIPTION The EUT is Mini PCI interface and powered by PC System. This EUT has three type antenna and non-simultaneously connect in PCB. The final test is chose 5dBi antenna and 2.5dBi antenna. The other instruction, please look at user manual. This is a digital transmission system (DTS) and have five type of modulation DSSS, DBPSK, DQPSK, OFDM, CCK. The data rate are 1, 2, 5.5, 11, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48, 54Mbps The equipment enables high-speed access without wires to network assets. This adapter uses the IEEE 802.11g protocol to enable wireless communications between the host computer and other computers.
