Question #2: User manual does not contain information required per section 15.21 and 15.105(b) of FCC rules. Please provide revised user manual to comply this requirement. Question #3: The test setup: Test setup : Per ANSI C63.4 section 11.2, the minimum configuration of testing PC peripheral are : 1)Personal computer + 2)Keyboard +3)Video Display unit +4)An external peripheral for each of two different type of available I/O protocols.+5) If the EUT has a dedicated port of a special-purpose device that device shall be part of minimum system. Item 1), 2) and/or 3) may, in some system, be assembled in the same chassis. In no instance may item 1),2) or 3) or joystick controls, satisfy the requirement of item 4). As indicated in the test up photos, only additional external peripherals used is the mouse. The test configuration does not satisfy the minimum configuration. Please redo the tests with additional I/O ports which can satisfy the minimum configuration requirements. Best Regards Mike Kuo The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 60 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee.
