American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 June 5, 2006 RE: K&B International Limited FCC ID: Q5K12607T After a review of the submitted information, I have a few comments on the above referenced Application. 1) Confidentiality has not been requested on any exhibits (i.e. block diagram/schematics) that most applications typically do ask for confidentiality on. Please confirm that confidentiality is not required for any exhibits or alternatively please provide a confidentiality letter to cover exhibits which may be deemed proprietary. Please let us know if you need further guidance on this issue. 2) Please provide information to support the RBW and VBW settings used for various frequencies measured (i.e. < 30 MHz, > 30 MHz). 3) In the users manual, the FCC information makes mention of a βtruckβ. This appears incorrect. Please review/correct as necessary. 4) FYI.....Please note that although we accept jpg images, the preferred file type is still considered pdf documents. This decreases processing time, files sizes, viewing problems, and problems with uploads to the FCC site. In the future, please consider provided images in pdf files. 5) FYI......Please upload the occupied bandwidth and duty cycle plots as a test report exhibit in the future. Timothy R. Johnson Examining Engineer mailto: [email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued. Please do not respond to this correspondence using the email reply button. In order for your response to be processed expeditiously, you must submit your documents through the AmericanTCB.com website. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted. Any questions about the content of this correspondence should be directed to the sender.
Hi Tim How are you? Sorry for my late reply. Please refer to the following info for your comment. 1) The non-confidentiality is ok. 2) We use 9kHz RBW for carrier (27.145MHz) and 100kHz RBW for harmonic measurement. Also minimum 1kHz RBW for bandwidth measure. 3) Revised. Please review again 4) OK I will send the PDF format file to you next time. Since this is my first application for ATCB. 5) I have already uploaded in your homepage, but I have attached the PDF file to you again. Please review it. Thanks Thank you so much for the help and review our application. If you required any info for this application, please feel fee to contact us. Operation Description (KR-1260 27MHz transmitter) The R/C Cyclone is a transmitter operating at 27.145 MHz and oscillated by crystal-controlled. The EUT is powered by 1 x 9V battery. There are two control levers on the EUT. Different combinations of the controls allow the EUT to transmit radio signals for the receiver to move forward, backward turn right and turn left. Referring to the circuit diagram, a brief circuit description is listed as follows: - U1 and associated circuit act as encoder. - Q1, Y1 and associated circuit act as oscillator. - Q2 and associated circuit act as RF amplifier.
