Limited Warranty: AIRAYA warrants all of its products to be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for the applicable warranty term. All AIRAYA products carry a standard 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase from AIRAYA or its Authorized Reseller. AIRAYA may, at its own discretion, repair or replace any product not operating as warranted with a similar or functionally equivalent product during the applicable warranty term. The standard limited warranty can be upgraded to a one-year warranty by registering new products within 30 days of purchase from AIRAYA or its Authorized Reseller. Registration can be accomplished online via the AIRAYA web site. Failure to register will not affect the standard limited warranty. The one-year warranty covers a product during the Life of that Product, which is defined as the period of time during which the product is an ‘Active’ AIRAYA product. A product is considered to be ‘Active’ while it is listed on the current AIRAYA price list. As new technologies emerge, older technologies become obsolete and AIRAYA will, at its discretion, replace an older product in its product line with one that incorporates these newer technologies. At that point, the obsolete product is discontinued and is no longer an ‘Active’ AIRAYA product. All products that are replaced become the property of AIRAYA. Replacement products may be either new or reconditioned. Any replaced or repaired product carries either a 30-day limited warranty or the remainder of the initial warranty, whichever is longer. AIRAYA is not responsible for any custom software or firmware, configuration information, or memory data of Customer contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products returned to AIRAYA pursuant to any warranty. Products returned to AIRAYA should have any customer-installed accessory or add-on components removed prior to returning the product for replacement. AIRAYA is not responsible for these items if they are returned with the product. Customers must contact AIRAYA for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product to AIRAYA. Proof of purchase may be required. Limited Modular Transmitter Approval Qualification FCC Test Report FCC ID: QDE-GRID-C3 1. The board has its own shielding covering the RF circuits as shown in the test report photographs. 2. The modular transmitter works with its own data buffering and modulation circuits. No external source controls the modulation, RF or data processing as implemented on the board. 3. The modular transmitter has its own power supply regulation by VR1, VR2, VR3 or VR4. (Please refer to schematics.) 4. The modular transmitter was tested in a stand-alone configuration with each identified antenna. 6. The modular transmitter is labeled with its own FCC ID number. 7. The modular transmitter complies with the applicable RF exposure requirements.

April 21, 2006 Attn: Reviewing Engineer RE: Limited Modular Approval To Whom it May Concern: Airaya Corp. complies with multiple of the items listed in Section 7.1.1, Modular Construction, of the “General Requirements and Information for the Certification of Radio communications Equipment”. Airaya retains control over the end user, in all bands of its products, by preventing the end user from increasing the output power of the selected band to higher than that defined by the test reports defining the radio operation. The product has an encrypted challenge/response access method that prevents the end user from access to the manufacturers configuration routines. The routines are the only method for increasing the output power of the product past the local regulatory requirements. During the manufacturing process, all units being shipped to Canada are configured for the Canadian band requirements. The material is ECCOSORB LS-26 Broadband Cavity Resonance Absorber. The placement of these sheets will be above the shields on the top of the EUT and below the shielded components on the bottom of the EUT. The WirelessGRID demonstrated compliance with the FCC Part 15 Subpart E (UNII) and IC RSS-210 Issue 6 (LE-LAN). The WirelessGRID operates in the band of 5.25 – 5.35 GHz with an OFDM modulation technology. Airaya is the applicant and claimed manufacturer of this tested product. For the detailed description of this product, please refer to the WirelessGRID User Manual. The equipment was tested with the following antennas: 23 dBi Patch: Mars Antenna's and RF Systems; Model # MA-WA580-1x 28 dBi Dish: Stella Doradus; Model # 58-SD24 Channel bandwidths tested for 23 dBi antenna are 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 20 MHz, 40 MHz and 50 MHz. Channel bandwidths tested for 28 dBi antenna are 20 MHz and 40 MHz. 40 MHz channel bandwidth is limited to 2 channels and 50 MHz channel bandwidth is limited to 1 channel. The following modification was made to the equipment in order to make it comply with radiated emissions limits: ECCOSORB® LS-26 Broadband Cavity Resonance Absorber material was added to the bottom of the PCB, inside the RF shield, and above the RF shield. The test has demonstrated that this unit complies with stipulated standards.
