The modular transmitter must have its own RF shielding. The module is equipped with its own shielding case. 2. The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation / data inputs. The module has buffer modulation / data inputs. 3. The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation. The module has its own power supply regulation. 4. The module must contain a permanently attached antenna, or contain a unique antenna connector, and be marketed and operated only with specific antenna(s), Not applicable to licensed modules. 5. The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration. The module was tested on evaluation board, and it’s not inside of another device during testing 6. The modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC ID number. The module transmitter will be labeled with its own FCC ID, and for OEM integration the integration manual contains labeling instructions for the host device per Part 15.212 (vi) 7. The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. The module approved transmitter complies with all applicable rules and the integration manual contains any specific requirements addressed to the integrator and/or to the end-user of the final end-product. 8. The modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirement. Compliance with RF exposure requirement is address in RF exposure report.

This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons and must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product procedures. The antenna installation and operating configurations of this transmitter, including antenna gain and cable loss must satisfy MPE categorical Exclusion Requirements of &sect;2.1091. For mobile and fixed operation configurations the antenna gain, including cable loss, must not exceed the limits 9.0 dBi (BC0), 9.0 dBi (BC10) and 7.5 dBi (BC1). OEM integrators must be provided with antenna installation instructions and labeling requirements for finished products. OEM integrators and end-Users must be provided with transmitter operation conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Separate approval is required for all other operating configurations, including portable configurations with respect to 2.1093 and different antenna configurations.
