Response to TCB Findings 1. On page 11 of the report for radiated emissions data (1-25GHz) the frequencies in the restricted band are measured with an average detector. Besides this, same measurements need to be repeated with peak detector with 1MHz bandwidth and compared to 74.0dBuV/m. according to 15.35(b). Please submit measurements with "peak" detectors as well as "average" detectors. Measurements provided – Refer to Report M030402R_Certification_Comet2, Section 4.2.1 (p11) 2. On the same page in the first table the frequency 14472MHz and in the third table the frequency 22158MHz are in restricted bands and therefore they need to be compared to 54.0dBuV/m average and 74.0dBuV/m peak limits. Corrected – Refer to Report M030402R_Certification_Comet2, Section 4.2.1 (p11) 3. For the readings on Page 11 of the report please specify the noise floor if the readings are at insignificant levels . Noise floor levels provided – Refer to Report M030402R_Certification_Comet2, Section 4.2.1 (p11) 4. Please provide a band-edge radiated emissions reading at 2483.5MHz when the unit is operating at the highest channel allowed for U.S. If this reading is below the noise floor, please specify the noise floor level at that frequency. Band-edge radiated emission reading provided – Refer to Report M030402R_Certification_Comet2, Section 4.2.1 (p11) 5. Please add the statement below to the user manual. “This device must not be co-located or operating with any other antenna or transmitter” Statement added – Refer to user manual. 6. Please provide a confirmation from your client stating that the manual we are seeing will be provided to all the end users with the LifeBooks . Customer has confirmed that user manual provided with submission is the manual that will be provided to all end users with the LifeBooks
