(Which is my relied lab.) This is the first time to apply FCC ID, so I have little deviation in my specification. To Your Question 3: I can confine the tuning range within 88-108MHz in mass production. Actually, Taiwan Tokin measured for me, the tuning range is truly in 88-108MHz, so I shall correct my user manual on tuning frequency range ...ect, please see the attached file ( User Manual). As to Question 4, I do assure to submit to avoid tuning frequency over 88MHz-108MHz restricted band. JOW TONG Technology Co.,Ltd. FCC ID: QPRST22 Circuit Operation Description 1. Circuit input power is DC 12V+. 2. The power section of circuit is composed by electric inductance, diode, varistor and electric capacitor. This is the a protection for noise filter ,battery reverse and surge from input power. 3. LED1 is a power indicator. When power on, it is RED light. 4. U3 is a 9V voltage regulator. It supplies power to the circuit. 5. U1 is a 3V voltage regulator. It supplies power to radio frequency circuit. 6. D1 and R30 is the charging indicator. LED2 is RED light when charging on. LED2 is GREEN light when charging off. 7. In the audio in of circuit, the input pole for the out-coming signal, this signal can be from CD, MD, MP3 player, walk men and so on instrument for audio output. 7. U2 is a FM transmitter IC, has the modulate function, and oscillate circuit. U2 creates radio frequency modulation signal. Small signal is enlarge by Q2, decreased by the attenuate circuit, then being shoot out by antenna. 8. External control oscillator of circuit is composed by VR1, VL2, VD1, C25 and other capacitor. VR1 is a frequency fine-tuning. Cooperate with switch of SW1, can be used for different frequency range. The usable frequency range is 88MHz~108MHz. NOTE: 1. Input power range DC 10V+~16V+.
