Please note that the Part 15B certification is for the computer peripheral device part of the phone. The 15B report appears to be only the receiver test. Please also note that nothing in the manual indicates that this device connects directly to a computer. If the device does not connect directly to a computer then it is not a computer peripheral device and cannot be certified under 15B. Please verify and show how this device is a computer peripheral. 2. If the device is a peripheral, please provide a part 15B report showing the device connected to a computer in a configuration as shown in ANSI C63.4 and tested in a configuration where it is transferring data between the PC and phone. 3. If this is a computer peripheral device, please provide test setup photos of the device tested in accordance with ANSI C63.4 as a computer peripheral device.
