American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 December 26, 2007 RE: FCC ID: QTLRM-391_ATCB005765 Attention: Yao Shuo-Lisa I have a few comments on this Application. Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that other that the phone serial number the reference to HAC in one and the date of test, I cannot adequately tell the reasons for the different reports. While I can assume one is for a device with HAC and one is for a device without HAC, I cannot tell if this is the actual reason. Perhaps the one report is to perform erp/eirp on the phone HAC is to be performed. I do not know. Please explain why two separate reports for radiated power have been provided and please explain the difference. 2. Please provide the analyzer setting (i.e. res bw, vid bw etc) for the BT test report conducted spurious emissions in test report “Exhibit_6_RM-391_Cph_FCC_0748_05_15C_outputpower.pdf.’ Dennis Ward mailto:[email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued. Please do not respond to this correspondence using the email reply button. In order for your response to be processed expeditiously, you must submit your documents through the AmericanTCB.com website. 1 (1) January 2, 2008. RE: FCC ID: QTLRM-391_ATCB005765 Attention: Dennis Ward Here is the answer from me relating to the questions: 1. HAC samples is different phone and because of this we have to test radiated power again. HAC report is RM-391_Salo_FCC_0750_15_HAC_22_24_output_power.pdf 2. The revised test report Exhibit_6_RM-391_Cph_FCC_0748_05_15C_outputpower_revised with adding the analyzer setting is uploaded to ATCB web. Best Regards Yao Shuo-Lisa
