American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 April 30, 2005 RE: FCC ID: QURRM-42_ATCB002373 Attention: Esa Hakala I have a few comments on this Application. Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please provide a request for confidentiality letter which specifically lists those items to be confidential. 2. Please note that the ATCB server indicates this is also a 15B certification. However, the 731 only mentions parts 24 and 15C. Please clarify. Is this application also a 15B certification application? 3. Please provide the required separate test photo exhibit for part 15. If this is a part 15B as well as a part 15C application, please provide 15B photos showing compliance to the setup requirements of ANSI C63.4 2003. 4. Please note that on pages 8 and 9 of the report “1031_RM-42_Tre_FCC_0515_02.pdf” the bottom of the graph is cut off and it is not clear if the center frequency is the band edge frequency. Please also note that if it is, then the device appears to fail band edge requirements. Please explain and please provide compliant data for band edge testing. Dennis Ward mailto:[email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued.
