DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION The Equipment Under Test (EUT) is TOY-R/C MICRO CAR operating at 49.8 60 MHz. The EUT is powered by 4xβAAβ alkaline battery. The transmitter is a 4 button transmitter, and pulse-Modulated by IC. The EUT is able to continuously to transmit while button is being pressed. The antenna is a 35cm long telescoping chrome over brass tubing. There is no external ground connection except in the printed circuit board.

The EMI measurements were performed according to the measurement procedure described in ANSI C63.4 - 2003. The tests were performed in order to determine compliance with FCC Part 15, Subpart C, section 15.235 rules. 1.3 Test Methodology Both conducted and radiated testing were performed according to the procedures in ANSI C63.4 - 2003, American National Standard for Methods of Measurement of Radio-Noise Emissions from Low-Voltage Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the range of 9 kHz to 40 GHz.
