DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION The Equipment Under Test (EUT) is Monster Spinning Car operation at 27.145Mhz. The EUT is supplied source by a new 1X9V alkaline battery. The transmitter is a 2 buttons transmitter. The EUT continues to transmit while button is being pressed, Modulation by IC. And type is pulse modulation. The antenna consists of a 35cm long telescoping chrome over brass tubing. There is no external ground connection. The ground is only that of the printed circuit board.
