Please add the information to User into the user manual. Question #2: The user manual indicated that the frequency band is 2400-2497MHz ISM band, please note 2483.5-2500MHz is a restricted band as specified in 15.205, no device can be allowed to operate in that band. Please revise the user manual Question #3: Please update the user manual to indicate channels and operating frequencies that will be allowed to operate in US. Question #4: The User manual indicated that the device uses indoor omni-directional antenna for 2,5dBi, however the antenna specification and the test report both indicated that a max. 2.4dBi antenna is used. Please clarity which one is correct, and update the document accordingly. (Eric: For Q#1~4, please find the updates on the revised manual as the attached file.) Question #5: The user manual indicated that the power required is 12V/1.25A, but the test report indicated that the device is power from AC/DC adaptor (20A/8A/160W). Please clarify which one is correct, and update the document accordingly. (Eric: Please find the updates on the revised report as the attached file.) Question #6: The FCC ID label format does not show the location that the FCC ID label will be affixed on the device. Please update the FCC ID label format. Question #7: The FCC ID label format does not meet labeling requirement as specified in 15.19. Please add the information into FCC ID label format. Question #8: The EUT also meets the definition of a personal computer peripheral, then that portion of the EUT must also be authorized, through Verification (if Class A), Certification, or DoC. Please note if it is through DoC, you need to add DoC logo on the FCC ID label format. If it is through certification, then composite device filing is necessary. (Eric: For Q#6~8, please find the updates on the “LabelSmpl” as the attached file.) Question #9: Please provide photos of AC/DC Adaptor, please clearly show if there is any ferrite core is used. (Eric: Please find the additional picture showing the adapter by the updated “ExtPhoto” as the attached file.) Question #10: Page 4 of the test report indicated a wrong FCC ID, please explain. (Eric: Please find the updates on the revised report as the attached file.) Question #11: Page 38 of the test report is a redundant page, which indicated past-due calibration date, please remove it from the test report. (Eric: I have removed the page per your info, thanks and please find those updates on the revised report as the attached file.) Question #12: Page 56 & 60 of the test report show peak and average results are the same, please revise the test report. (Eric: Please find the updates on the revised report as the attached file.) Question #13: MPE calculation in the test report show the data from other report. Also page 37 indicated MPE is for a Bluetooth device. Please correct the error and re-calculate MPE value. (Eric: Please find the updated “TSup” as the attached file.) Question #15: The setup photos in the test report shows the test was not setup based on the section 6 of the test report. Please clearly list all the supporting equipments on the turn table and please provide setup diagram.
