Users Manual The above material contains trade secrets or technical data, which would customarily be guarded from competitors. We only sell these units to licensees and wholesalers of our technology. We do not want these documents to be accessible to the general public. Intended Use Digital Path uses this product in an outdoor environment as a last mile wireless internet access product which is installed by trained technicians. The antenna is directly soldered onto the PCB without any connectors all housed within a water- proof enclosure. Method of marketing Digital Path utilizes the product on both a retail (end-user of Digital Path) and wholesale basis (Licensees or Wholesale Partners) to provide last mile internet access to local and national ISP’s. Response to E05-000053-1 1. Files have been uploaded to address the accreditiation issue. 2. A revised confidentiality letter have been uploaded. 3. That was my mistake. Please just use the range for the 731 form. 4. The customer states this information was provided to Randy a few weeks ago. 5. DigitalPath sells the equipment through a wholesale relationships that have professional installers such as partnering ISP’s over our network and licensee’s of the technology whom also employ professional installers. DigitalPath is a retail ISP itself, that was what I meant by a retail basis. The equipment is not meant for inside the home but only on the rooftop.

Digital Path Networks 275 Airpark Blvd Ste 500 Chico, Ca 95973 Phone: (800)676-PATH Operational Description Date: 2/17/2005 FCC ID: G3CPE100 The EUT is a wireless broadband router designed for use in Digital Path’s proprietary and patented wireless network. The device provided does comply with the 802.11 specifications for both 802.11b and 802.11g modes and operates within the 2.4GHz band with center frequencies between 2412MHz and 2462MHz . The device is capable of transmitting at 1,2,5.5,11Mbps in 802.11b mode. The device is also capable of transmitting up to 54Mbps in 802.11g mode using QAM and down to 6mbps using BPSK. The device is capable of using 64/128bit encryption. The antenna provided with the unit is directly soldered to the PCB. The entire antenna and PCB are housed within a water-tight enclosure and power-over Ethernet is used to power and transfer data from the device from a AC-DC converter wall-plug and a crossover Ethernet cable.
