Device is a Mini-PCI card operating in a 2x3 APx Spatial Multiplexing MIMO configuration as described in this filing. The module is approved for OEM Installation as long as the antennas listed in this filing are used. Approval is limited to OEM installation only, to include compliance with 15.204. This grant is valid only when the device is sold to OEM integrators and the OEM integrators are instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. The antenna installation and operating configurations of this transmitter, including antenna gain and cable loss, must satisfy the MPE categorical Exclusion Requirements of FCC 2.1091. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. OEM integrators must be provided with antenna and transmitter installation instructions and operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
