American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 October 16, 2004 RE: Uniwill Computer FCC ID: SAZ-MS6833 I have a few comments on this Application. Depending on your responses, kindly understand there may be additional comments. 1.) The Manual has 20cm warning statements. This is not appropriate for an RF category “Portable” Limited Modular Approval (LMA) with SAR reports. 2.) The Manual should indicate the highest SAR values seen with each of these two chassis [255KIy and 245xIy]. As for all Limited Modular Approvals (LMA), the Manual is expected to be written for OEM integrators, not end users. This Manual should indicate the SAR values for each model to be included in the final Manual provided to the end user. 3.) FYI: The Grant Notes will indicate that this LMA applies to “...models 255KIy and 245xIy with 3.3VDC regulation at the PCI interface.” William H. Graff President and Director of Engineering mailto: [email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued. Please do not respond to this correspondence using the email reply button. In order for your response to be processed expeditiously, you must submit your documents through the AmericanTCB.com website. Also, please note that partial responses increase processing time and should not be submitted. Any questions about the content of this correspondence should be directed to the sender.
