Reference: FCC ID: SDBFLEXELS Dear Application Examiner, Sensus FLXA2D Product is seeking modular approval for FCC ID: SDBFLEXELS This document is to attest that the radio bearing the FCC ID: SDBFLEXELS meets the requirements for a modular approval as detailed in the FCC public notice DA00-1407. Compliance to each requirement is described below: 1. The SDBFLEXELS modular transmitter has its own RF shielding. 2. The modular transmitter incorporates buffered modulation/data inputs. 3. The SDBFLEXELS is designed with integrated regulated power supplies. 4. The modular device complies with the antenna requirements of Section 15.203 and 15.204(c). (The antenna must either be permanently attached or employ a “unique” antenna coupler (at all connections between the module and the antenna, including the cable). 5. The SDBFLEXELS was tested in a stand-alone configuration, 6. The modular transmitter must is labeled with its own FCC ID number. 7. The modular device complies with all specific rules or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacturer has provided adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements. 8.
