The purpose of this application is to modular approve the WFL2 transceiver. The WFL2 is a stand-alone module consisting of a single printed circuit board which is designed to be integrated into specific host devices. The WFL2 model applies to two PCB variants, at the modular level. Where the two boards differ is in the endpoint form factor and end use. This difference requires a unique shape of the PCB for the different endpoint form factors. The RF circuits of both PCB variants are electrically identical. The FCC ID: SDBWFL2 was tested standalone and the radiated measurements were performed in the orientation of typical installation. The Sensus FlexNet Transceiver is professionally installed in Sensus meters (See Appendix 3, 4). The module label will be located in a visible area on the host and will display all necessary and pertinent information about the modular device.
