AsiaRF Ltd. 3F, No.176, Yongzhen Road, Yonghe District, New Taipei City 234, Taiwan (FCC ID:TKZAWM002) Gentlemen: Regarding to the FCC 15.212, AsiaRF Ltd. would like to request limited modular approval for the submission FCC ID: TKZAWM002. AsiaRF Ltd. confirms that the product complies with numbered requirements identified below: 1. “The limited modular transmitter must have its own RF Shielding” The radio portion of this module has not been shielded, please see exhibition External Photo, and this module to apply as a Limited Single Modular Approval. 2. “The limited modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs” The EUT has buffered data inputs; it is integrated in chip RT5350. 3. “The limited modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation” The EUT interface provides 3.3 VDC, and have its own VCO inside. 4. “The limited modular transmitter must comply with the antenna and transmission system requirements of Sections 15.203, 15.204(b) and 15.204(c) ” The EUT meets the antenna requirements. It is unique antenna connector, and with a internal PCB antenna. Refer to the photo of antennas are shown in the test report. 5. “The limited modular transmitter must be tested in a stand-alone configuration.” The EUT is tested in a Eyes configuration via specific socket. Please see the photo of test setup photo of the report. This device will only installed in this host (Manufacturer: Venitek Ltd. , Product Name: WiFi IP Camera & Storage AP Router, Model: AWAPN2411). 6. “The limited modular transmitter must be labeled with it’s own FCC ID number.” The EUT has it’s own FCC ID and the label is visible. 7. “The limited modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and the manufacture must provide adequate instructions along with module to explain any such requirement.” The EUT is comply with all applicable FCC Rules. Warning detail refer to the user manual. 8. “The limited modular transmitter must comply with any applicable RF exposure requirements.” The EUT is comply with all applicable RF exposure requirements.
