User: manager Password: razor If your question is not answered or resolved then, Call 1-866-594-7762 for assistance. 4 5 6 - 9 11 Introduction: The Alliance Customer Service Button kit includes the following: Customer Service Button, Shelf Mount, 3 x AAA Batteries and Screwdriver. Before you begin, unpack and verify you have all the correct parts. Step 1: Remove the battery door with the included screwdriver to expose the battery compartment. Step 2: Install the three AAA batteries as indicated in the battery compartment graphic. Step 3: Adjust the message to be trigger by selecting the correct message from the table in this manual and match- ing those settings on the DIP switch positions. Step 4: Replace battery cover and screw closed. Step 5: Depending upon the type of mount included with the kit attach the customer service button to the shelf or glass display case. Step 6: Push the button to verify operation. Button Line Drawings Message Select Chart: Use the chart below to set the message number to be triggered for an alert condition on the transmitter.
