Altec Lansing inMotion Air Universal Wireless Speaker iMW725 User Guide ii Welcome Thank you for purchasing the Altec Lansing inMotion Air speaker. inMotion Air is a Bluetooth-enabled speaker that’s designed to go where you go and receive streaming audio from your computer or any Bluetooth-enabled portable audio device. No cables. No docks. No complications. Just true wireless freedom. Please carefully read this User Guide for instructions on setting up and using the inMotion Air speaker. Prior to installing or operating the inMotion Air speaker, refer to the important product safety information. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong are provided for your safety. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus. 11. Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer. 12. Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer or sold with the apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over. 13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time. 14. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped. 15. Do not install in an area which impedes the access to the power plug. Disconnecting the power plug is the only way to completely remove power to the product and must be readily accessible at all times. 16. Do not install the appliance in a confined space, such as a bookcase or built-in cabinet. NOTE The lithium-ion battery must be properly recycled or disposed of. The lightning flash with arrowhead, within an equilateral triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of uninsulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons. Except as shown in paragraph (c) of this section. if transmitting antennas of directional gain greater than 6 dBi are used. the conducted output power from the intentional radiator shall be reduced below the stated values in paragraphs (b)(1). (b)(2). and (b)(3) of this section as appropriate. by the amount in dB that the directional gain of the antenna exceeds 6 dBi. 1.1.2 EUT RF Exposure The Max Conducted Peak Output Power is 6.28dBm (4.246mW) at the lowest channel; The best case gain of the antenna is 0dBi. 0dBi corresponds to linear antenna gain : 1. According to the formula, the calculation the EIRP test result: EIRP= P x G = 4.246mW x 1= 4.246mW ① SAR requirement: S= 60 / f(GHz) = 60/2.402 = 144.12mW ② ; ① < ②. So the SAR measurement is not required.
