Federal Communication Commission Interference Statement This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following measures: ‐Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. ‐Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. ‐Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. ‐Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. FCC Caution: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, please avoid direct contact to the transmitting antenna during transmitting. Please keep product 20cm away from your body or bystander during the radio operation. The typical handheld two‐way radios were certified under mobile usage condition (i.e. keep 20cm away from the user body) and use of such radio closer than 20cm may exceed the US RF exposure limit and shall be avoided. Controls and Connection EARPHONE JACK Any standard 3.5 mm mono or stereo listen‐only earphone can be plugged into this jack. Received calls can be heard over the earphone. d Can also be used with 3.5 mm 4‐conductor (Apple iPhone compatible) audio accessories that contain both earphones and a microphone. Received calls can be heard over the accessory earphones and transmit audio will be taken from the accessory microphone. Install the supplied dust cover when the jack is not in use. EARPHONEIncluded Other earphones/audio accessories are sold separately. RF Exposure Info

Federal Communications Commission Authorization and Evaluation Division Equipment Authorization Branch 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 Applicant’s declaration concerning RF Radiation Exposure We hereby indicate that the product Product description: Bluetooth Headset Model No: BTH-300 FCC ID:XTS-BTH-300 The equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. The integral antennas used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within the host device. A safety statement concerning minimum separation distances from enclosure of the Product : Bluetooth Headset will be integrated in the user’s manual to provide end-users with transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The appropriate information can be drawn from the test report no: HA150540-RA and the accompanying calculations: According to KDB 447498 D01 General RF Exposure Guidance v05r02, the 1-g SAR test exclusion thresholds for 100MHz to 6GHz at test separation distances of 50mm are determined by: [(max. power of channel, including tune-up tolerance, mW)/(min. test separation distance, mm)]*[√f(GHz)]≦3.0 for 1-g SAR, where min. test separation distance: 5 mm Frequency: 2.480 GHz (0.1663 mW/5mm) x √2.480 GHz = 0.0523779 <3 Result of Calculation: The result of calculation is far below 3 . Therefore, SAR test is not required.
