According to FCC section 2.1055, the test conditions are: (a) The temperature is varied from -30°C to +50°C at intervals of not more than 10°C. (b) For hand carried battery powered equipment, the primary supply voltage is reduced to the battery operating end point which shall be specified by the manufacture. The supply voltage shall be measured at the input to the cable normally provided with the equipment, or at the power supply terminals if cables are not normally provided. 2.4.2 Test Description…

Output power listed is ERP for frequencies below 1 GHz and EIRP for frequencies above 1 GHz. SAR compliance for body-worn operating configurations is limited to the specific configurations tested for this filing. Body-worn operations are restricted to the specific belt-clips / holsters / accessories tested for this filing, and to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 1.0 cm separation between the device and the user's body. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported SAR for head, body-worn accessory and simultaneous transmission use conditions is 0.542 W/kg, 1.050 W/kg, and 1.171 W/kg, respectively.
