Section 2.911(d) (2) CERTIFICATION FOR ANTI DRUG ABUSE ACT COMPLIANCE The applicant shall provide a written and signed certification to the TCB that the applicant complies with the requirements in § 1.2002 concerning the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988. Response The certifications from the applicant for the above requirements are provided in the exhibit 1, 731 Form, page 3. Section 2.911(e) QUALIFICATION OF ENGINEERS The Commission or TCB may require the person signing the test data to submit a statement showing that they are qualified to make or supervise the required measurements. Response Dr. Qin Yu received a Ph.D. degree in 1996 from The Ohio State University, Department of Electrical Engineering. Dr. Yu has more than 25 years of industry experience in defining the product regulatory requirements, developing the associated test plans and conducting the required tests including the required FCC tests for radio equipment certification and Class I and Class II permissive changes. Dr. Yu is the lead engineer for the FCC filing of the subject product at Nokia. Section 2.911(e) CERTIFICATION OF TECHNICAL TEST DATA Technical test data submitted to the TCB and to the Commission shall be signed by the person who performed or supervised the tests. The person signing the test data shall attest to the accuracy of such data. Section 2.911(f) SIGNITURE Signed, as used in this section, means an original handwritten signature; however, the Office of Engineering and Technology may allow signature by any symbol executed or adopted by the applicant or TCB with the intent that such symbol be a signature, including symbols formed by computer-generated electronic impulses. Response Technical test data submitted to the TCB and to the Commission have been signed and attested to their accuracy by the above engineer who performed or supervised the tests in the test report.

It supports LTE and NR technologies, 5MHz and 10MHz carriers and 4xMIMOs with 2W per port. APPLICANT: Nokia EXHIBIT 11 FCC ID: 2AD8UAWHKB01 EXHIBIT 11 Section 2.1033 (c)(21) SETUP DRAWINGS OR PHOTOGRAPHS Contain at least one drawing or photograph showing the test set-up for each of the required types of tests applicable to the device for which certification is requested. These drawings or photographs must show enough detail to confirm other information contained in the test report. Any photographs used must be focused originals without glare or dark spots and must clearly show the test configuration used. ANSI C63.4 Section 10.2.3 Equipment and cable arrangement The setup of the equipment and cable or wire placement on the test site that produces the highest radiated and the highest ac power-line conducted emissions shall be clearly shown and described. Drawings or photographs may be used for this purpose (see 10.2.12). A block diagram or photo showing the interconnection of the major functional units is also useful. ANSI C63.4 Section 10.2.12 Test report appendixes The test report shall contain photographs or detailed sketches of the EUT configuration and arrangement, showing sufficient information to allow the EUT to be reconfigured and arranged in a manner that would allow the original test to be replicated, with a high likelihood that the test results would be in agreement with the results of the original test within acceptable tolerances.
