What to do when my Qi-enabled phone can’t charge wirelessly? 1) Please make sure the charging cable is connected properly. 2) Please make sure the wireless charging receiving coil of your device is placed in the center of the wireless charger area. 2. What to do when my phone can't use fast charging? Please check the charging cable is provided by us or original accessories of mobile phone.
