It can control door opening by face recognition based authentication to implement efficient access control. 2.1 Appearance and Dimensions The appearance and dimensions may vary with device model. The figures below are only for illustrative purpose. 2.2 Structure The structure may vary with device model. Tail cable interface 3 Installation 3.1 Wiring Before installation, plan wiring for power cable, network cable, door lock cable, RS485 cable, etc. The number of cables depends on the actual networking conditions. See the figures below for wiring between the terminal and other devices. NOTE! (Optional) Install a temperature measurement module onto the cover of the terminal by the clip. 2. Determine the position of the 86*86mm junction box. The two installation holes on the box should be parallel to the ground during actual installation. NOTE: If no junction box has been buried in the wall, skip to step 3. 3. Paste the drill template. • With junction box: Align the two holes (A) on the drill template with the two installation holes on the junction box. See the left figure below. • Without junction box: Paste the drill template on the wall with the arrow perpendicular to the ground. Use a Ø6-6.5mm drill bit to drill two 30 mm-depth holes on the A position (be careful not to damage cables in the wall), then insert the expansion bolts. See the right figure below. Attach the module onto the cover 5 4. Mount the bracket. Align bracket holes with installation holes of the junction box on the wall, and tighten the screws to fasten the bracket by using the Phillips screwdriver. NOTE: If no junction box, you need to drill the bracket holes on the wall. 5. Fasten the terminal to the bracket hook. 6. Use the screwdriver to tighten the tamper-proof screw at the bottom of the terminal. 6 3.3.2 Desktop Mounting 1. (Optional) Install the temperature measurement module onto the cover of the terminal by the clip. 2.Insert the bracket into the holes on the back of the terminal. 3. Place the terminal on the horizontal desktop. 4.To remove the bracket, press the bottom of the bracket and then withdraw backwards. 4 Startup After the terminal is installed correctly, connect one end of the power adapter (user- purchased or prepared) to the power interface of the terminal and the other end to the mains supply to start it up. The display screen lights up and live video is displayed when the terminal is started successfully. 5 Appendix 5.1 Face Photo Collection Requirements ⚫General requirement: Facing the camera without wearing a hat, cap, etc. ⚫Range requirement: The photo should show both ears and the complete part from the top of the head (including hair) to the bottom of the neck of the person. ⚫Color requirement: True color photo. ⚫Makeup requirement: Heavy makeup is not allowed, including eyebrow makeup and eyelash makeup. cover 7 ⚫ Background requirement: A solid color such as white or blue is acceptable. ⚫ Light requirement: Not too dark or too bright, and not partially dark and partially bright. 5.2 Face Recognition Requirements ⚫ Facial Expression To ensure the collection quality and comparison accuracy of face photos, keep a natural facial expression during face collection and comparison. ⚫ Head Pose To ensure face collection quality, keep your face in the center of the recognition window and avoid incorrect poses shown below.
