Note 1: As declared by the applicant in the attestation letter submitted with this filing, 25kHz channel spacing (16K0F3E) operation of this radio is permanently disabled for Part 90 use as required by FCC mandate. Test performed for 25kHz channel spacing are for parts 22, 74 & 80 certifications only. Note 2: ICOM hereby request FCC to list the entire frequency range from 136-174 MHz under FCC rules as per the reasons explained in the attached Frequency Justification letter submitted with this filing.
