The client requested short term confidentiality with the intent that no photos of their product would be viewable by the public. Our policy is to send the entire application package to the customer to do a final review of the exhibits before we upload. The customer did the review and gave us the ok, but unfortunately after looking at the exhibits (after upload) they realized that two of the test reports contained photos of the product. Updated versions of these two reports with the photos removed have been uploaded and should supersede the reports that were originally submitted. Additionally, during the upload the wrong file was selected.
