Grant Notes
Output power is conducted. This transmitter module is approved for use only in Intermec Technologies Inc. CK3 series of computers. This transmitter is restricted to indoor use in the 5150MHz to 5250MHz frequency range. Only those antenna(s) tested with the device or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmitter. Collocated transmitter operating configurations have been evaluated as described in this filing under this FCC ID with optional FCC IDs EHAIM4 (mobile Model IP30) and EHA-BTM4 (mobile Model IP30). Other collocation configurations require separate evaluation. For mobile operating configurations, the antennas used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 23 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter not described in this application. SAR was evaluated in held-to-face and body-worn holster configurations. SAR compliance for body-worn operations is restricted to the tested holster or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly. End-users must be informed of the body-worn operating requirements for satisfying RF exposure compliance. The highest reported Part 15 SAR values are: Head 0.168 W/kg, Body-worn 0.298 W/kg. This device complies with the Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) requirements of Report and Order FCC 03-287 as a Client only without Radar Detection.
