The transmitter accepts a wide range of SMPTE based video input signals, including HD+SDI, SDI, ASI, and NTSC. Raw video, audio, and data are delivered to an integral Encoder which feeds a COFDM+DVB+T modulator, operating in the 2K carrier mode. The I and Q outputs of the COFDM modulator intermediate frequency are supplied to a RF unit where the IF signal is up+ converted to the operating band of 2025 + 2500 MHz or 6425 + 7125 MHz and amplified to the factory set limit to meet the requirements of part§ 74 and § 78 or 5W for part § 101.
