This device is authorised to Operate in the following radio services: FRS(Part95B) or GMRS(Part95A). There must be informal insert inside the box (Product Package) or user manual must include the information clearly informs the customer(buyer/owner) when radio is transmitting on GMRS frequencies, that operation on GMRS requires FCC license and such operation is subject to additional rules specified in C.F.R part 95.
