Kenwo industries Limited Technical Description of Controller (TRS-9) Kenwo industries Limited Technical Description of Controller (TRS-9) MCU section The unit contains a powerful MCU (micro-controller with built-in LCD driver) U2, Which controls the whole unit, a UHF wireless data transceiver sends RF signals to and receives RF signals from main unit. A 32.768KHz crystal (X1, and U2) provides a time base signal for the MCU. MCU decodes the signals from main unit and thus display corresponding icons on the LCD (LCD1). MCU can also detects any key press ( SW1, SW2, and related components) and send RF signals to control the main unit. Besides a buzzer (Q6, BZ1,T2 and its related components) and vibrate (Q2, M1 and its related components) echo to alert user when necessary. Furthermore a positive voltage regulator supply makes the remoter operating at 2.8V. The battery has been packed with a charge protective circuit board, is rechargeable, When battery low, connecting the charger will switch on D2 to recharge it. RF section U3 (ATA5428) is a UHF wireless data transmitters and receiver, MCU controlled it through port SCK,SDI_TMDI,SDO_TMDO and IRQ. L11,C36 and its related components compose RF power amplifier when transmitting. Q5,Q12 and its related components compose low noise amplifier when receiving. RFID section U1L7L12L13 and its related components make up of RFID signals receive unit
