Use guidelines TRMS-RFS-DS002 This product is used in refrigeration auto after‐sales. It transmissions signal through wireless. It is very convenient when you install it in the auto; you don’t need modification anything. This product includes a magnetic stick and a transmitter. They can be detected the door open/close by the state and the current state of the wireless transmission to the receiver, it will display the state on the panel when the receiver receive the signal. The display can hint user state corresponding to the open/close monitoring. Please installing the transmitter on the top of the door, and installing the magnetic stick on the outer frame. In order to ensure its work state the distance between of them as nearly as possible. Then fixed it by stand screws. Please refer to detail installation drawings Matched with learn ID: After install this product, it must match with the learn ID of the new Host. Then they can communicate each other. In the first study, please change the receiving host into learning mode; please refer TRMS‐400 use guidelines Then change the state of the door from close to open. The transmitter of the door will launch an ID and a opening door signal doorAnd the LED of the transmitter will flash,TRMS ‐ 400 receiver will save the transmitter after receiving the ID of RFS‐DS002 If there are more doors on the car it can learn ID ,Most four transmitters Receiver will display sequence number flashing corresponding door,If you don't learn pairing with four doors after 1 minute it will exit learning mode,The receive will save the ID of the door. When used in the event,If the doors open/close state has changed The receiver will transmit the state signal on the display panel after it received a state signal ,In order to monitor the real‐time state of the door to open/close If RFS ‐ DS002 state changes and its lights flashing very dark or not,It means low batteries,Please change it.And please reconnect with host learn code. Technical Description: TRMS-RFS-DS002 MCU section: This is a door-switch detector, detect and control circuit is consisted of U1,R1,R3,R6,R9,C3,and K1,which is a magnetic switch, during the door closed, K1 is closed to the magnet, so K1 switch on; while K1 apart from the magnet will lead K1 switch off to open the door. Once K1 is switch on from off or counter-turn , the level should change from low to high at 5 th pin of U1 to wake up U2,and through the same pin U1 send data to U2 after it’s wake. Radio indicating circuit is made up of LED1,R7,R8 and Q1, LED1 flashing when emitting. RADIO SECTION This section including U2 and it’s relevant components, carrier wave of 315 MHz is generated by an quartz and inner circuit of U1. The data from U1 would be modulated then radio out via antenna, components of C1,C6,L2,C12 forming antenna network.
