Power listed is conducted. Limited Modular Approval. This device contains functions that are not operational in U.S Territories. This filing is only applicable for US Operations. This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed applications. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. Where these two conditions can not be met (e.g. certain laptop configurations or co-location with another transmitter), then this FCC authorization is no longer considered valid and the FCC ID can not be used on the final product. In these circumstances, the OEM integrator will be responsible for re-evaluating the end-product (including transmitter) and obtaining a separate FCC authorization. Users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Antennas used for this OEM module must not exceed 4.5 dBi gain (GSM1900) and 3.21 dBi (GSM850) for mobile and fixed operating configurations.
