Notwithstandingtheforegoing,innoeventwillCorningbeliablefordamagetoProductsresultingfromimproper handlingduringoraftershipment,misuse,neglect,improperinstallation,operationorrepair(otherthanbyauthorizedCorning personnel),alteration,accident,orforanyothercausenotattributabletodefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshiponthepartof Corning.CorningshallnotreimburseormakeanyallowancetoCustomerforanylaborchargesincurredbyCustomerfor replacementorrepairofanygoodsunlesssuchchargesareauthorizedinadvanceinwritingbyCorning.
