OV5-RTK450 (“Transmitter”). The Transmitter was designed to operate in the 430-470 MHz frequency range, and complies with the Section 90.203(e) of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) rules. 1 Specifically, the Transmitter’s normally accessible external controls cannot be used to directly program transmit radiofrequencies. Transmitter frequency programming is the responsibility of appropriately authorized service or maintenance personnel. Consistent with Knowledge Database response KDB634817, John Deere acknowledges that FCC rules prohibit operation of the Transmitter on unauthorized frequencies. As an alternative to listing exact frequencies, Table 1.0 below identifies the Transmitter’s frequency range and relevant FCC rule parts. We acknowledgethat it’s a violation of the FCC Rules if this device operates on unauthorized frequencies.
