It is required that the antenna is mounted is a suitable location which is a minimum distance of 20cm(8 inches)away from the user or nearby persons in order to comply with FCC rules concerning MPE (Maximum Permissible Exposure) safety limits** Magnetic Mount: Place centered, only on vehicle roof or 8 inches(20cm) away from any vehicle occupant or nearby persons.
