RESPONSE: Please see the FCC-ID Label in the uploaded attachments 2) The expository statement mentions that the device has β€œ24 channels”. Please verify that this does not mean that the device can operate on multiple frequencies. RESPONSE: The β€œ24 channels” are based on the fact the transmitter was connected to a keypad that has 28 different buttons – 24 of those buttons are for each of the 24 channels that send out a different recognition code so that the receiver knows what channel to operate. All of the channels would be at 418 MHz. 3) Please indicate how this device complies with the operational limitations contained in FCC Part 15, Section 15.231(a). RESPONSE: The unit stops transmitting as soon as one of the keys on the keypad is released. The unit is used as a remote control. That is it controls different types of motors (i.e. telling them when to start and stop).

The EMI measurements were performed according to the measurement procedure described in ANSI C63.4: 1992. The tests were performed in order to determine whether the electromagnetic emissions from the equipment under test, referred to as EUT hereafter, are within the Class B specification limits defined by CFR Title 47, Part 15, Subpart B; and Subpart C, sections 15.205, 15.209, and 15.231.
