RF Exposure statement RF Exposure requirement per FCC Rules and Regulation CFR 47 Part 1.1307 Per the FCC Rules and Regulations as described in the OET Bulletin 65, this equipment is categorically excluded from routine evaluation because this equipment’s donor antenna is used at fixed installations with antenna mounted on outdoor, permanent structurers. The remote antenna is built in front of repeater. This antenna is patch antenna. This transmitter is intended for use at fixed station sites only, and is not to be marketed for mobile use. Under the Section 1.1307 of the FCC Rules, this transmitter is not subject to the Commission’s environmental rules pertaining to the Routine Evaluation for RF exposure prior to equipment authorization.

INTRODUCTION The measurement tests were conducted at the open area test site of BWS TECH Inc. facility located at 611-1 Maesan-Ri, Mohyun-Myun, Yongin-City, Gyunggi-Do 449-853, Korea. The measurement facilities were constructed in conformance with the requirements of the ANSI C63.4-2000 and CISPR Publication 16. The BWS has site descriptions on file with the FCC for 3 and 10 meter site configurations. Detailed description of test facility was found to be in compliance with the requirements of Section 2.948 FCC Rules according to the ANSI C63.4-2000 and registered to the Federal Communications Commission(Registration Number : 553281).
