Users Manual

U SER ’ S M ANUAL Products are applied to hotel, supermarkets, offices, families, etc. Rate voltage: 110V~120V. Rate Frequency: 60Hz. Caution: The RF lighting device complies with part 18 of the FCC rules. 1. Use only on 110~120 volt, 60 Hertz. 2. Never disassemble or modify, any changes could void the user’s authority to operate this device. 3. Not for use in totally enclosed fixtures. 4. Risk of electric shock-use in dry locations only. 5. This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights. 6. This product could produce interference when used near a equipment or other critical navigation or communication equipment operating between 40~60KHz.If interference should occur, move the lamp away from the appliance a distance of three feet or more. Or, plug the lamp or the appliance into a different outlet. 7. To prevent burns do not touch the bulb during operation or immediately after switching off. 8. Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell devices or occupancy sensor. 9. Add weight of the device may cause instability of a freestanding portable. 10. Use only with portable table lamps in which the distance from the bottom of the base to the top of the lamp holder dose not exceed three times minimum base width. 11. Use only with portable table lamps which are provide with lap shades. 12. Use indoors with open, surface mounted and track fixtures.
