Never disassemble or modify, any changes could void the user’s authority to operate the device. 3. Not for use in totally enclosed fixtures. 4. Risk of electric shock-use in dry locations only. 5. This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lights. 6. This product could produce interference when used near a equipment or other critical navigation or communication equipment between 40-60KHz. If interference should occur, move the lamp away from the appliance a distance of three or plug the lamp or the appliance in to a different outlet. 7. To prevent burns do not touch the bulb during operation or immediately after switching off. 8. Use only with 3-way dimmers. 9.
