Please note that the block diagram should show the frequencies of all oscillators in the device (CFR 2.1033(a)(5)). 2) Please provide a photograph of the label of the PC card which shows its FCC ID Number. Note the label of the cable modem references FCC ID: FCC ID:PKW-WPC11-V3. 3) The operational description was uploaded as confidential, but not listed in the confidentiality letter. Please confirm if this exhibit is considered confidential and if so, please updated the confidentiality letter. 4) The parts list is not necessary. Please correct the confidentiality letter by removing this. 5) Please provide the schematics for the PCMCIA . 6) The label contains information relative to Part 68 (Ringer Equivalence, FCC Registration Number, and USOC codes). If this device does not contain a telco interface, this information is not necessary. If this information is not necessary, please remove. 7) The users manual does not appear to contain any information regarding use of the PCMCIA Card. Additionally, information required by 15. 8) The required statements given in 15.21 should be added to the users manual. Please add the following to the users manual, " This device and its antenna(s) must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter". 2) Please remove the reference to "portable" in the Caution Statement of the FCC Radio Frequency Exposure portion of the users manual. This device is considered as a mobile device only. 3) The label states the TX is optional. Please explain if the PCMCIA card is always included with the Cable Modem when sold. Are they always packaged together? If not, please explain how the device is built (using software/hardware blocks, etc) so that a user can only use the PCMCIA cards intended by the manufacturer and not any PCMCIA card they desire. 4) The conducted emissions provided do not show any reading from 150 kHz to 450 kHz. Due to the data given in the tables and the test method specified in 4.1 of the test report, it appears that the device was only tested from 450 kHz - 30 MHz to the older FCC limits. Please confirm if additional test data will be provided to show compliance with the new limits (0.150 - 0.450 MHz was not previously tested), or if we should proceed using the current data. This is because the grant will be issued with one of the following grant notes depending on which set of limits it is shown to have met: Current Limits NOTE: The manufacture and importation of this device must cease on July 10, 2005 pursuant to 15.37(j) or 18.123 transition provisions adopted under FCC 02-157 (ET Docket 98-80).
