American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 May 5, 2004 RE: FCC ID: Q87-WPC54GV2 Attention: Ellis Wu I have a few comments on this Application. 1. Please note that on the second photos in the internal photo exhibit there appears to be a shielded area in the middle of the card. Please remove this shield and provide a photo of the circuitry underneath. 2. Please note that the operational description states that the user is to keep a 20cm separation from the device and his body. Please note that as this is a PCMCIA card this would not typically be possible. Please remove this statement from the operational description or alternately please explain how this is possible. 3. Please note that the SAR report is incomplete. The report is missing the test data, calibration data and z-axis data, etc. Please provide a completed SAR report. Dennis Ward mailto:[email protected] The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information may result in application termination. Correspondence should be considered part of the permanent submission and may be viewed from the Internet after a Grant of Equipment Authorization is issued.
